Virtual Diva presents their creation called " Solstice Gown". This gown has more ruffles than a bag of chips!:) First on the shoulders we have double ruffles from the front to back. The bodice appears to wrap around the body leaving lots of material for ruffles down the side. A fabulous texture shows many muted colors giving this gown an exquisite look.
