Masoom features their new "Bliss Dress", a 100 % original mesh design with some interesting features. First of all it is a wrap shift with pinned flowers on the left hip to keep it secured. There are heavy straps over the shoulders that meet and create a deep cleavage cut. The wrapped material gives an uneven hem adding some intrigue.
