Scandalize brings us "Rudi Dress".  The top is a very unusual design with a high neckline, sleeveless arms and a odd cut out under the breast ending in a bare midriff.  Just as unusual is the skirt.which is actually cut in two panels, leaving the leg to expose from the pantie line to the floor.  It is HUD driven with ten colors for the top and skirt... perfect to mix and match.
