The new "Petal Gown Penumbra" comes to us from from Virtual Diva Couture, just in time for spring!  Frilly and fun you will enjoy this dress at informal events. The top is an open embroidery of white lace centered with a huge yellow flower.  The skirt is a combination of colors in a near floor length of dancing textures.
