Lillou's Design has created a beautiful gown they call "Carla" mesh - 5 sizes.
A classic design that is a demi cup bodice, form fitting affair done in exquisite detail. At the waist there is a unique belt and tie like I have never seen before.  The shears of fabric fan out near the floor. Carla is a must have for the Summer season!
